In 1923, Tony Barber carried his family’s Sicilian recipe to a little grocery store in Kansas City. Premium pork, traditional spices, and not one shortcut. A hundred years later, it’s made exactly the same way.
Today it’s in the hands of Tony’s grandsons, Vince and Anthony Totta — and the next generation already in the kitchen. Same family. Same recipe. Same answer when you ask what’s in it.
What is Sicilian style? It’s 10% beef and 90% pork. This is what gives it a better texture and a chew you wont forget.
